Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of verified delivery. If 14 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we will not offer a refund or exchange.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. As well, the original shipping cost will not be refunded with any return or exchange.

Please contact support@ellajayne.com to initiate the return or exchange process. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds may be granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not receive a refund.
